STYL TRADING Co., Ltd. operates EyesAsia and is responsible for the personal data described in the full privacy notice. Depending on how a person uses the storefront, the company may process identity and contact details, account information, delivery and billing details, order and transaction records, prescription information voluntarily entered for supported products, support communications, marketing preferences, and technical security data needed to operate and protect the service.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide the storefront, register and secure accounts, maintain carts and favorites, process and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting duties, improve service reliability, and send marketing communications only where an appropriate legal basis and preference applies. EyesAsia does not ask agents or customers to expose passwords, access tokens, or complete payment-card details through public support channels.

Service providers and retention

STYL TRADING currently uses KEX Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“KEX”) to deliver and track orders. We may provide KEX with the recipient's name, delivery address, telephone number, order or consignment identifiers, delivery instructions, and other shipment information required for delivery. KEX may return tracking events, delivery status, and parcel measurements to us. STYL TRADING may also use providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, product images, monitoring, and other operational needs. Access should be limited to the relevant purpose and handled under applicable requirements. Retention periods depend on the purpose, contractual need, legal obligation, security requirement, or establishment and defense of legal claims. Your choices and rights

Individuals may have rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, and complaints, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
